Hi everyone,

important_notice

We received notice that there is a limited voluntary recall.  Please take note that even though your bike may begin with “AI”, your bike may NOT be part of the recall. We understand that Tern is conducting a limited voluntary recall of select batches of Link frames manufactured between August 2011 and April 2012.

The purpose of the link is to submit your bike information to confirm if your bike is affected or not.

  • Link D8
  • Link D24

What do I have to do?
